Lauren Springfield: I grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, and fell in love with pageantry around the age of 13. That love led me to compete on pageant stages across the US and internationally. Pageantry opened doors that led to public speaking opportunities, numerous positions with charities, and the opportunity to teach others how to communicate. For the last 10 years, I have helped individuals and organizations learn how to craft their story, develop their brand, and share it with the world.

 

I hold a bachelor's in Fashion Merchandising, a Master's in Business Communication and Marketing as well as a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).

Brandon "Springs" Springfield: Musician, Visual Artist, and Techy, I find joy in finding art in everything. I've been honored to have been a part of the entertainment industry from an early age.
